What exactly do you mean when you say “Campaign”?

When we say Campaign we mean the source of the leads. For example, the source of the leads could be from your website or a numerous number of landing pages that you have out there. A campaign represents the specific source from which you are getting your leads.

If I have more than one form/source for the same campaign, can I divert them all to the same campaign?

Yes. There is no limitation to the number of forms/sources you have for a single campaign. In addition, our technology will be able to recognize the specific form/source from which the lead is coming.

Is there any limit on the number of leads for each campaign?

Absolutely not! Whether your campaign brings in 100 leads or 1 million - our software can take it all. Be assured :)

If I sign up for the free trial, do I have to give my credit card details?

No. Our trial is free, with no charge. And it is also free from any tricks or secret schemes to keep you with us. We want you to experience our platform with all its benefits, and then make a conscious choice to join us.

Will you renew my subscription automatically?

Yes, unless you decide otherwise. If you choose not to renew your subscription, all you have to do is go to the subscription area in your account and change the settings.

Can I access the data that is stored on the platform, even if I cancelled my subscription?

Yes, you can. The data you collect during your subscription period is yours. You will always have access to your account, so you can download your data even after you’ve cancelled your subscription. Please note, the data will not be saved forever, so make sure to download it as soon as you possible.
